This rebooking page shows availability that those wishing to book normally will not be able to see.
To be fair to others wishing to rebook, please do not share links to this page.
Process for rebooking after the cancellation of Santas Grotto on Sunday 10th December.
To follow this process you need to have tickets for a cancelled visit on Sunday 10th December 2017. If you are looking to book a visit normally, please go to the normal booking page.
- Choose an available time slot.
- Book and pay for your new visit.
- Forward the original email ticket confirmation for your Sunday 10th visit to: firstname.lastname@example.org
- Include in your forwarded email:
- The name your new booking has been made in
- The Transaction ID of your new booking
- To speed things up please include the code SNOW17 in your email subject.
Upon receipt of your forwarded email including the above details, we will refund your original payment to your credit/debit card. Note, under the circumstances this may take a few days. For these rebookings only we will waive our normal administration charge.

- Wednesday 20th December (Fully Booked)
- Thursday 21st December (Fully Booked)
- Friday 22nd December (Fully Booked)
If your time slot to meet Santa is late afternoon please make sure you have visited all the activities you wish to enjoy before entering the grotto. All activities, and the entire site, close at 4pm!!!
